Window Frame - Repair
Quality and curtious. Completed work within agreed time and cleaned up afterwards. Asked for my input and was more than willing to complete the work to my satisfaction.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Very disappointed in the work. First left a pile of trash on the front yard that he said wasn't included in the fees. Also, installed trim over my bathtub before approving through us. Poor communication as well. I informed his worker not to install the toilet as we were going to replace it but the main guy ended up installing it with TONS of caulk around the base. It leaked about a month later but he would never return my calls. Also replaced two window panes and was very sloppy with caulk all over the window.

"I try my best to please all customers. There was no complaints about the work. The trash that was out front was no part of my project or in my quote. When Lexie refused to pay unless I removed the trash, I hauled of the trash at my expense. I can"t work for anyone where I have to worry about being paid. When I refused to do additional projects she posted this review."

Disability Ramps - Build
We found Steve on the Servicemagic website and he had good reviews. We contacted him to discuss the project. We were on a tight time frame because my father in law was coming home from hospital in a week. Steve was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate the tight schedule. He not only completed the wheel chair ramp on time for us, we also had him replace floors, install kithchen cabinets, ceilings, painted, electrical, plumbing.. He never failed to show up and was great to work with. He even took my wife to pick out materials and did a great job! Would highly reccommend him for all home repairs.

Exterior Trim - Repair
Spent two day installling 2 garage doors. I will still have to have a pro come out to adjust. Waves in metal wrap, especially bad in the garage door entry where people can get clothes caught. Failed to show up 4 times when promised. Poor use of material, with a lot of waste. Steve was advised we were not happy, but failed to show the last two time promised to install a back door for the house.

"I was having a hard time dealing with this customer. My mother had just passed away, and they didn't seem to understand that my family comes first. I did the work that I originally said that I would do + the garage doors. I hate having such a bad review. I have been doing this work for 7 years and this is my only unsatisfied customer."
