Hello, I am Handyman Fran. I have over 24 years in home expertise, when it comes to professional service you can count on me. I provide a wide variety of small home repairs & installations. I started my business in the beginning of 1996, put an ad in the local community news and never looked back. In 2004 one of my clients did a review on me in Angies List. I have received the (Super Service Award) every year since with an A rating. I have 280 reviews to date. In 2008 I was voted best of Boston " Boston Magazine" for Handyman service. Twice " Money Magazine" interviewed me over the years and Quoted me in their articles. I charge strictly by the hour with only a one hour minimum charge, so you don't need to have a long list to get 1 or 2 things done. Fran's tremendous. It's not just that he's friendly, professional, and does a terrific job. He can also give you useful suggestions and can fulfill unusual requests with creativity. Our second bathroom has poor ventalation, so we bought a small table-stand fan. It's now mounted high in a wall corner, and I swear it looks like it came with the house. Having someone as good as Fran to call on has actually inspired us to do seemingly small improvements all over the house, with invariably gratifying results.

Fran was extremely reliable and did everything we asked. The main projects were installing bannisters and repairing a double hung window. He accommodated a tapestry wall hanging which was a little tricky. He even gave us hints for small things we could do on our own, for example recommending a mold cleaner.
