Since march he has been non responsive and rude. Overall he has made my experience negative.

"No, I told her many times I couldn't get her 14 foot blinds cut down and resewn as the persons I used to know who could do it don't anymore. Tried to drop her shades off many times but she said no find someone to fix them, she lives inside a locked community or I would have just dropped them off as they have been in my way to long and now someone stole a toolbox out of my truck with the parts to hang them, since they are her shades it is up to her to reorder the parts needed"
