I actually had Mr. Harris address 2 issues.....install a hand rail and trouble shoot an HVAC problem. Both issues were completed to my satisfaction. Mr. Harris is very knowledgeable in many areas, takes his job seriously and not satisfied until a solution is found. He also installed a Ring Door Bell and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the system.
