Json was very clear in communicating what materials and labor were required for the job we needed him to complete. He was upfront with the cost and provided all materials needed. Json replaced two faulty shut-offs and a leaky faucet, backed by a one year warranty. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional, left everything neat and clean. I will call him again with any future needs.

BEWARE!! J?son took $3,000 cash and never did the job we paid for!!! I am writing this to warn anyone considering hiring Handyman Jay. While the initial repair seemed fine, we have since had a devastating experience. We paid $3,000 cash upfront for a winterization service, which was documented in writing with a deadline of October 1st. He never showed up, never performed the work, and completely stopped responding to our attempts to contact him. Because the work was NEVER DONE, when it recently got cold our pipes froze and lead to significant damage (that we were obviously trying to avoid by paying $3,000 to someone that claims to be a ?professional?). It?s one thing to do a poor job, it?s another to take a large sum of cash and completely abandon what would have been a returning client. Out $3,000 and left with a damaged home. We are currently pursuing legal action, but I thought the public deserved this warning.

He was very upbeat and ready to got to work the minute he arrived , Jay asked me to show him where the work I explained over the phone. After doing all that. I being very sick. Sat down as he quickly but methodical , started to knock this job out. In less than a hour or so. After he was done I I st petted ehss as T he did. I was very happy. Knowing my wife had been wanting these things done do a long time now. And I needed help. Jay, came through Dan’s it was perfect. Thanks Jay. See u again soon. I highly recommend him.

JASON Did an excellent job installing an exterior railing and insuring that it was placed exactly where we wanted it. He also did several smaller jobs to our satisfaction. I would most definitely recommend him.

I hired J to initially take care of replacing an old basement toilet and to correct some bad light wiring from previous owners. His work was excellent. He's personable, knowledgeable in many construction/trade craft areas and communicates well. He also only books out a week or two in advance so you won't have months to wait. All in all ..very pleased. We'll keep his number readily available for all future projects.
