Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
At first, Arther was easy to get a hold of and did my work in a decent amount of time. He was a bit inconsistent with his hours and the work was not amazing but for what I was paying I couldn't complain. However, I am giving the review one star because one of the faucets he fixed is now leaking again in the same way and he is not responding to any of my communications. If he cannot back up the work he does then it is not worth hiring him!!

Job was never contacted due to miscommunication over date for in-home estimate. After discussing project on the phone and explaining the urgency, the vendor never followed up. I never heard from vendor again even though I called to say I was still interested in contracting them. I, personally, think thats poor customer service. The price quoted was extremely fair but Ill never know about the quality of the product.

A.j was very professional but also personal. He included me in what he was finding as this was not behaving like a regular clog in the trap. i always prefer to be educated in the process. AJ checked the pipes in the basement as well. He thought something might be broken and after further investigation he found the plastic fitting was broken. He replace the piece and all is good. I also felt his pricing was fair. Would certainly hire him again.
