I gave them a 4 because I thought the price was high at just less than $500 to replace the sliding rollers and nothing else. The doors work great now. Our neighbor referred them and he had already had 3 different quotes for his doors and this company was the lowest. The neighbor had replaced the glass on his doors so we could not compare apples to apples. I would think $120 a door would be suffice since all sliding doors have basically the same technologly. But who am I to know. You asked me for my rating and here it is. Everything else was great. Thanks again, Steve

Randy was our assigned handyman. He is actually an excellent carpenter and a very nice man. We just keep adding projects to his list. He has built 3 bookcases for us, added shelves in a kitchen cupboard and he is preparing to build a china cupboard. We couldn't be more pleased

Randy was great and the doors look superb! I was a little concerned with the fact that I was charged by the hour, and he had to leave to find a tool, and was gone for about 40 minutes. That time was charged to me as well. Seemed kind of out of my control, when I was initially quoted about 1.5 hours by Randy, and it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Otherwise, I will call again if I need a repair, I just hope leaving the job site, and charging the customer for it is not a standard... Again, Randy did a great job, and the pocket doors look great!

We had a 30 foot block wall replaced: demolition, new block, stucco and paint with a sautillo tile border along the top. The work was done in four days. Professional. Well supervised. Constant feedback with the supervisors and workers. It was not the lowest price but the service we got was unprecedented for this kind of work. Money well spent.

Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
They were asked to re-frame my window. They came and tore-out the old window. I was quoted an hourly rate then the guy kept coming to me trying to show me all the things he found wrong. he was there for 2 1/2 hours and did nothing but remove the window. When I said either fix the window or go. he left with my room open with the window on the ground. They tried to come back, but I was outraged and got someone else to finish the job. They got me for $188.00 and did absolutely nothing.

The young man who built our closet did a fine construction job, showed up on time every day, cleaned up very carefully when he was done, and was very anxious to please us. The owner of the company was very thoughtful in giving us a phone call to let us know when the installer was coming and at what time. He also assured us that they wouldn't leave until we were completely happy with the outcome. I would use them in a flash the next time we have some construction, electrical or whatever to do.
