He went to look at my gutters, he contacted me immediately, he asked me if I wanted him to start it now I said ye, and it completely done, he did a great job.

The work done was good once they got out to the jobsite, but he missed an appointment and was late with the estimate. Still the price was reasonable and they were able to get the work done in the time I needed it.

I must say I am very, very pleased with their craftsmen;'s work and the guys sent out to do the work were very polite and gave me a chance to give my input on how I wanted the job to be done. I am a very pleased customer and plan on calling on them again for future projects.

I found the owner to be knowledgeable and very helpful. He does 7 year background checks on employees and all are insured and bonded. In my case, the person who was to do the work ended up being sick that day. As a result, Todd came to my house to complete the work himself. He is conscientious about accounting for the time on the job - asking whether a neighbor or I would be there to verify the time that they showed up and in may case the work took less time than what was quoted, so I was happy. He is friendly, professional and offered other helpful home improvement suggestions. I plan to use Handyman Matters again.
