Thorough. Thorough. Thorough. Jill is in business for a reason! We had a locksmith out ,and another locksmith we were talking to on the phone, about a problem with a back entry door to our home. It is a difficult European lock and everyone was throwing their hands up. Not Handymann Matters! Jill investigated this lock thorougly through the manufacturer and has been working with them closely. Jill and her team are real problem solvers and work with you as an individual and listen to your individual needs. You pay $50. an hour for a helper who stands around 75 % of the time. Too expensive and the manager only visits the site when he needs a check.Better value with a self-employed contractor, then you don't pay for anyone that doesn't work. Also promises no interruptions but a 4 day project took 6 days.

My time is important to me and cost and quality of the job matters. My pro was on time each time he came to my house. He was prepared with everything he needed and he worked constantly until he was completed with each task. The quality of the work was excellent. He cleaned up after himself leaving very little clean up for me. Thank you Handyman Matters. I would strongly recommend your services to anyone needing tasks / projects completed.
