Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
Handyman Matters did a very good job clening my deck. However, I was told the price would be $62 an hour plus a $25 service charge for a total of 2 hours at $149. Imagine our surprise when the bill came and it was almost $200! No one called to ask if the additional charges (almost 3 hours) were OK---and our deck isn't that large. I kind of feel like they took advantage of the fact that no one was home, and that the house is up for sale to boost their bill a bit.

My wife is frequently the one who greets contractors - and there have been some times she has been rather intimidated by thier appearance, demeanor, and attitude. She was very enthusiastically pleased with Ron, who was pleasant, got the job done professionally and quickly, and was all around excellent. We will definitely be looking at Handyman Matters the next time we need services around the house!

Handyman Matters had scheduled and completed my jobs within a week of my request. I had their Handyman Paul Rockhold do several other jobs that was not scheduled. He installed a Microwave over the Stove in addition to the newToliet I need installed. The jobs were completed right the first time. I found their rates to fair. I plan on hiring them for additional jobs.

Very good customer service. Got appt w/in 48 hours. Job was hopefully 45 minutes but had potential for a major tiling job. Appt was slotted for short time but required the full, major project time. Russell called it in and stayed to complete my job. THANK YOU.

Out of all the service that I have received. Handyman Matters was the worse. I had another company laying carpet the same time Handyman were here. I ask Paul to go down in the basement to check an additional leak in the sink in the basement. He replied' I can't get downstairs, someone is working there. He didn't even try. The guys from other company knew Handy Matters was coming and clean the way for him to walk. He then when to his truck got a wrench and work on the toilet upstairs. Never, once tried to get downstairs. I pay $83.00 for the poorness service I have ever received. I will never used Handyman Matters again.
