I told them what I needed, which was to install a remote-controlled storage platform in my garage. Several times they emailed and wanted the model and manufacturer - which I provided. The guy they sent out was WAY over his head on this one. First, he left for about half an hour and didn't say anything to me that he was leaving. Then he brings his wife to hang out in the garage while he's working. Manufacturer said this should take about 4-5 hours to install - 8 hours later and it's nowhere near done. He told me that the holes were drilled wrong - I had to show him that he had the part on the wrong side. Then left without saying a word that he was going. Would NOT recommend!!

Greg was great. He arrived on time and came in to see my sagging acrylic ceiling panel over the tub. We talked about how to repair it so the entire panel was glued back to the ceiling and wouldn't fall down again. We also talked about how to prop it against the ceiling so the glue could dry. He worked effectively and efficiently and I was very happy with the work he did.
