Philip did a long list of things for me: dismantled my Christmas tree, caulked around a toilet, cleaned the window on the door of my oven, replaced my garbage disposal, etc., etc!! The list continues He is a problem solver, uses his brain to know what to do! He is a top notch professional! 5 stars!!

Our first phone conversation focused on interior damage around our patio dorr from a recent siding replacement job. A staff person had come out to put silicon patch putty over the holes & cracks, nothing more. A concern for us was the potential for weakness in the wall,perhaps voiding our door warranty. His thoughtful exploration of our project gave him the idea we needed to communicate with our patio door installer first, to rule out any structural issues, then he would be available for the interior fix. He came prepared to work with protection from silicon dust and carching the dust as he worked so it didn't fall everywhere. His work was quick, detailed, and my kind of persnickety-good job. We carried on random personable and pleasant conversations throughout, while I continued my work. We discussed the next project - an outdoor one- before he left!

We loved having Philip in our home. He was friendly, efficient and helpful. I don't always feel comfortable with men in our house and he passed the vibes check. He did great work! We even saved his information in our phones for future needs.

Philip arrived on time and did an incredible job. Meticulous, precise and efficient and was happy to do extra stuff since he finished before one hour. If you want peace of mind, this is someone you can call and know there will not be any hassles.
