Window Glass - Install or Replace
They're terrible. Undependable, crooked, and you can't get a hold of them. They won't call back. Half the time the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message. When you can get through, some girl answers the phone and acts like you woke her up out of a nap.

Chain Link Fence Repair or Alter
****IF YOU PLAN TO HIRE PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE YOU COMMIT****. Hired to repair a chain link fence. Initially on time and provide a quote immediately. Sent an invoice request half for materials. Went ahead and paid the total invoice. Original date for repair work was cancelled and rescheduled due to rain. Never showed on reschedule date. No call, email or text. Finally made contact. Advised his daughter had been in a wreck and he would reschedule. Last communication was they would be home Sunday and he would call to schedule. It s Friday and no call, e-mail or text to reschedule. Have sent numerous text, with no response or reply. Today requested a refund and have yet to receive a response or a refund. Will now begging the process of getting the payment back. Totally unacceptable. Look else where for other professionals. Will also be in contact with Home Advisor directly.

"Wow... some of this is true, the rest is just unbelievable. First I like to say thanks for the review. Yes my daughter was in a severe car accident went through numerous surgeries. And yes I contacted everybody we have contracts or commitment to and yes I told people I would call back Friday but things turn for the worse Friday and unfortunately she passed away on Sunday. I am sorry that this didnt fit into your timeframe but I truly hope that you never have to experience what I had to go through you will get a full refund. Oh into touch on that we never asked you to pay us upfront thank you the staff at handyman plus."
