Showed up 3 hrs late on one job and delayed a day on other job. He did not research or shop the material needed before arriving. Chipped our toilet lid and did not tell me. He did refund money for the lid after I sent a picture of it.

Did not want to come out to see job first. Not quite as experienced as I would have hoped. But overall not bad. Did not clean up after job. Would hire them again for some jobs.

"Hi Amelia, you sent me pictures of the job site and I was able to ascertain what needed to be done, so I did not need to come to take a look in person beforehand. I did clean up thoroughly and I even cleaned up some of the debris that was already there when I arrived. I am not sure what you mean about not experienced enough, it was a very simple job. It was a great meeting I enjoyed our repartee and I hope you have me back fo. future jobs."

Cleanup was not completed. The worker brought his dog who defecated in 5 different paces on the new carpeting. The owner promised to take care of it and so far has not. Finally paid for carpet cleaning. When testing completed job, once water was turned back on, realized there was a leak coming from the shower pan. Upon investigation, realized the pan was not properly installed. Repairs were attempted over the next 2 months but never satisfactorily. After again waiting this last month for repairs to be made, I terminated the vendors services. Enough is enough.

"The employee with the dog was terminated after this incident. The customer was notified that the leak may have been caused by more than just the shower pan and that more extensive repairs should be done to ensure no leakage. The additional repairs were beyond what he had budgeted to spend on the job, and he said he was fairly positive that it was just the shower pan. After the job was completed and it was still leaking, I offered to do the additional repairs which should have been done in the first place, and he wanted me to do it for free which I could not do."

Tommy was outstanding! His communication is what I admired most. I had to be out of town while this job took place and he made sure to send me pics and text updates throughout the whole process. He completed the job before he said and now my family get to come home to a fully decked out Christmas lights just in time for the holiday! Thank you Tommy and weâ ll be defiantly using you again!

Tom & Marty did a great job of patching walls in our garage after a laundry tub installation and water heater relocation done by others. It wasn't that easy. Lots of pipes and tight spots to deal with. They did not give up or cut corners making us very satisfied with the completed job. We will readily hire them again for other work we need done around the house.

Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove
I hired them to put Xmas lights on 15 trees for a home in Palm Desert. They did an excellent job and the homeowners were very happy, said how nice they were. There were some lights left over and they then did a huge tree at their daughter's home down the street. I will definitely use them again. Nice to find someone who actually shows up! Shows up and does a good job. Wow! Win, win for all.
