I went with the lowest estimate (I got 4), and I didn't bother to check references, so I was half expecting my cheapness and laziness to bite me in the ... HOWEVER, the crew was very nice to deal with (the man who came out to survey the work and the two men who did the job). The siding replacement was done quickly and thoroughly. They left the area spotless when they were done. I would recommend Handyman Pro, and if I ever need handyman services in the future, I will definitely call these guys.

Serge is just beyond words. He arrived on schedule and did not leave until the job was done. That was an 11 hour day. All I had to do was show him where the materials were and leave him alone to do his job, which was done to perfection including cleanup. Thank you Serge!

They repaired my porch steps. Told they replace two boards but only one was replaced because he mentioned the other board was still good but not reduction in price. Other than that no issues will use again if needed

"Hi Carl, thank you for your feedback. I will certainly bring this up to my technician. We charge by the hour with a 2 hour minimum charge and that is what it looks like you were charged. So the price would have been the same either way. In addition it looks like we did not charge for material. Maybe because it was just the one board and the technician may have had it from another job. In any event, we could have done better communicating with you. I appreciate the comments as we are always trying to do better so thank you! Jim."

"Hi James, I am very sorry you feel that way but I don't understand why you would say that. We did not even do any work for you. I passed on the job because it was too large for me. The next day after our original appointment I sent you an email explaining that the project was outside out wheelhouse and I thanked you for the opportunity. I'm a small business, very new as well, with only 1 employee. As you may see from all my other reviews we have nothing but very positive responses from customers.I take pride in doing a great job for all my customers and I am a very honest person. Your review and 1 star rating makes no sense to me is not helpful to anyone as it has no basis and as I said before we did not even do any work for you. Jim came and reviewed the work and arranged for a carpenter to come two days later. Serge showed up on time. Determined the exact cause of our problem (Pella windows would open, but not fully shut). Came up with a workable solution and applied to all designated windows. Serge was extremely polite and professional and did a great job and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely hire again.

Handyman Pro does high quality, professional work at a very fair price. We were so pleased, we kept adding projects to the list, and Jim, Serge and Yolvi got it all done promptly and efficiently.
