Jim performed most of the work. The carpenter he had with him did not have a lot of experience. He was the low bidder out of three and did a respectable job. I would recommend him.

I was told that my job could be done in less than a day. The employee showed up several hours later than promised and told me he only had an hour to do the work before he would have to leave. He was unable to finish the job, and I requested that he (or someone from the company) come back the following day to complete it. I was told that he would return first thing the next day. He finally called me at 1:30 PM to tell me that he would arrive at 3 PM. Once here, he did a great job, but it cost me a full day of work that had to wait until he finished up. The employee was great to work with, but they clearly scheduled the job without the time or manpower to do it when requested.

A water pipe burst in my condo. It flooded the living room, bathroom and hallway. I live in CA and my sister lives in our condo in Ohio. James did a wonderful job coordinating between myself out here and my sister in Ohio to get the job done. He came out the same day I called and did an estimate. He started the job within 2 days and finished it on schedule. He answered the phone everytime I called. He communicated with me during the process to keep me updated. I am very pleased with the services and would hire them again if and when I need a job big or small.
