Very helpful and patient

This job was not fully completed after 6 weeks of trying to get them to show up and work. In fairness, there were about 10 days of weather delays, but the work which was done was originally estimated to take 5-7 days. They would show up and work for a couple of hours and leave for another job. There was no communication when I tried to contact them to find out where they were and when they would return to complete the work. The original job was to repair deck boards, repaint the deck, and install TimberTech dry space underneath the deck. The DrySpace order was never filled by TimberTech, but I only found out that truth after I told them to finish painting and the job was over. I was given a quote of cost for repair and paint which was $625 less than the deposit I gave them upfront. When I inquired about my refund, Greg told me those numbers were proposed numbers, and since the actual cost was more he did not feel I was due a refund. I will never hire these guys again for anything, and I would strongly suggest anyone who is thinking of hiring them either get everything (cost, time, etc.) in writing or just find a more honest and reputable company.

Very professional, very straight work

Very easy to work with and very professional. Called, setup appointment, they showed up on time and completed the work as required. They sent text status updates to confirm appointment and time, that the tech was on their way, etc. I will be hiring them again for my next project.

He did a great job… Took his time and install the door perfectly and made sure he cleaned up afterwards. I would use Handyman Pro anytime I needed additional assistance

The actual cost was double the estimate provided. A reasonable explanation was given but given the time sensitive nature of the required work there wasn't time for another estimate.
