"George has a sun room below grade. He hired us to seal up and weather proof the exterior walls. Upon inspection and consultation it was made clear that our minor remedies would not guarantee results or completely fix the issues because of the slopage towards room. Since our first day of repair we have visited the property several additional times to further check on our repairs and add additional measures to prevent water intrusion. At this point in time we have no further ability to fix issues with water penetration. The scope of this project now requires a remodel or renovations beyond our capacity and agreed upon agreement."
