Excellent followup. I delayed the starting date by several weeks, and at my request, they followed up weekly to check in. Their crew was also excellent. Very personable and professional. Did a first class job, and cleaned work area afterward.

I did not have a problem with the person who came out to work on my railing. However they have debited my account twice and I have having a hard time resolving the issue. I have made numerous calls and they say they will call me back, but they do not. I am still in limbo as to where my money is.

The quality of the finished work is excellent. However, the material cost was over 100% higher than the estimate! While I realize it can be difficult to make a spot-on estimate, being 100% higher for such a small job (completed the project in one day, only had to buy conduit and connectors), it's difficult to understand how the materials were so much more than expected. Can as a bit of a shock.

The company has a central office that books jobs to subcontracted handyman pros. This caused serious communication issues as the customer describes the job to an office worker that's not necessarily a contractor, and then that work description is given to the handyman for billing input. The work that was completed was done well, but when we attempted to discuss other pieces, each area was forced to be cleared with the office, and all communication, accurate pricing and professionalism broke down.

My experience was great. Within five minutes of my email request, a representative from the company called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day. On the next day, the two handymen were able to come early and complete my project quickly. It was a small project overall, so I thought the cost was a bit high, but I was satisfied with the result.

Fairly frustrating experience with this provider. Had a series of phone tag messages with Shannon at this number, she never seemed to be where I could reach her and always called me back from a number (her cell phone?) where she preferred I didn't call her back. Perhaps more telling is that the job was subcontracted out to some other local source (he was fine; did good work) but I wasn't the one who chose him, she was. Final straw was the lack of a receipt from the subcontractor. I paid my money and he performed the service, but what happens if there are issues 6 months from now?
