Right on time, efficient, asked to be sure each item would be done as i wanted it. I had quite a number of projects and each one was done well. Very pleased and will use this service again.

I hired someone to replace a bathroom fan with a fan with heater. He was at my home for 7 hours and did not get the fan correctly installed and ruined the existing fan taking it out. He was supposed to install new closet bifold doors, but they were an 1/8th of an inch too wide and 1/2in too tall. The repairman said he couldn't do them & put the existing doors back in. When I tried opening one of the doors it fell out of the setting. He did hang three paintings and fixed a loose hand rail. I had to have someone else install my bath fan completely redoing (correctly) all the work the Handyman attempted. I expected to have many projects done and I was left with the main ones undone. I feel like I just poured money down the drain.

We were quouted $45 an hour, but charged $50. They did adjust the bill. The worker did a great job, but included a personal conversation in his time.

If you like phone games and lack of service this is your contractor, we waited three days and a cramp on our life style to accommodate the lack of performance for the job at hand, this was a gateway job for other jobs that could have been done so this was a lesson learned. The job was never done and I will be looking for another contractor that would like to do the job, getting to late as the weather is changing to put carpet on the front porch.

Negative feedback is somewhat difficult to hear and although we want all our projects to be 100% problem free, we recognize that our lack of follow up with Robert cause his project to be delayed more then he would have liked. Weather certainly played a factor that we could not control however; we could have done a much better job at communicating with him on the progress of his project. The person I hired was excellent. Definitely a 5. As far as the company that provided the name is concerned, they leave a lot to be desired. For starters they called me every day while I was on vacation, even though I told them I would be gone. They had to redo the initial proposal because I had asked that it be broken into two estimates. The work to be done was for an owner-occupied unit and a rental unit. The cost was to be covered by two separate individuals. I received a survey about the person who I hired for the work before he had even started. There is more but can't no space.

Terry did an excellent job with what he had to work with. Three window openings all different sizes in a 150 year old room. A huge challenge and he did it just great and cleaned up too. We are pleased.

A couple weeks after the work was complete, and the bill was paid in full, ( checks cashed), on two consecutive days they took money for total bill out of my checking account. I called both locally, and there headquarters to get straightened out, now it is a month later and they still have not repaid me the money they have taken out of my account. Locally the customer service is very friendly, but as they have to go up the chain for everything it appears to be a big mess.

Handyman Brooks as well as project managers Kelly and Shannon were fantastic. They were prompt and attentive; when a material order for pick-up got messed up at a store, Brooks quickly found an alternative supplier and added some last-minute services to make it work. It turned out beautifully. Brooks and Handyman will be back for another project soon. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The repair guy should up late the first day. I had to call the company to see if he was coming. Did a terrible job the first time so they had to come back and do it again. Completed the job but the paint job was so bad I had to repaint. Was billed three times by the company have been credit back only once and now nobody will return my phone calls to credit back the third charge. I would not recommend these people at all

Was told job would take one hour and cost around $120 over the phone when in fact it took over 3hrs and cost me $270!! Moreover, the door handle was installed too close to the frame and rubs on it each time we open/close the door. Will look elsewhere next time.
