Honest, friendly, courteous and professional - had an issue with burnt smell from fan - he had me get a new fan in case that was the problem to avoid two trips - it actually was something that had burnt on the bulb so he was able to charge a lower price - also gave recommendations about light bulbs - would definitely recommend and use again!

He was able to solve my problem over the phone at no charge

Without really asking many questions, he kept jumping to conclusions (most turned out were not true). A little humility goes a long way in customer service. You can be good at your job without making others feel they are clueless. I should have also asked before he came by the min price (which turned out to be $150) for being in our house for 10 min. I am sure they have much experience but zero customer skills.

The work was identified, planned out, tools organized and efficiently performed the tasks to complete the jobs. Neatly. We also discussed other areas of home owner needs . He answered all my questions, offered suggestions, noted pitfalls and alternatives. I will be using them again.

Handyman Scott took the time to explain to me exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. He even told me what to do if I had the same problem again. A few Weeks later my microwave is working fine but none of the outlets in the kitchen weâ re working. I called Scott and over the phone he walked me through exactly what I needed to do and what I was doing wrong. He gave me the time to walk me through it again so that if anything happens again Iâ ll know watch what mistakes I made and how to fix it. Turns out I was doing the right thing but I wasnâ t pushing hard enough so that the fuse in the fuse box turned completely off before I turned it on again. Not a lot of people would be as patient as he was when he came out and also when I called him having trouble again. He took the time to tell me exactly what I was doing wrong. And it was just a little thing like not switching the switch off as much until it clicked be before turning it back on. I would recommend him to anyone who has A problem with their home because he not only takes the time to fix the problem but also to help you understand why it happened and how to keep it from happening again. After talking to him today to fix the outlets in my kitchen and him walking me through everything I needed to do so if it happens again I will know Exactly what to do I was very grateful and impressed that he was able to teach me how to fix it correctly myself if it ever happens again. If I ever have another problem with my home Scott will be the person that Iâ ll call. No question!

Scott first came out to provide â emergencyâ service on a Saturday. He was responsive, polite, professional and very fairly priced. He diagnosed the problem and set up an interim remedy. When he came back out to finish the job, he was actually able to do it for less than the original estimate. Just shows how trustworthy he is, as well. I highly recommend him and will certainly use him again for my personal business and that of my clients.

This lighting job really required some detective work and creativity. Scott and his son, Brett had to work with some older fixtures and make them work in a way that fit a very specific aesthetic (150 yr old beam ceilings). I'm so happy with what they did. Absolutely done right. Relieved to have them in my contacts!

Handyman Scott and his son Brett are true professionals. My phone call was returned promptly and I was able to schedule a time for them to come out to my home within just a few days. I work from home and was concerned about the loss of power that goes with the electrical upgrade but Handyman Scott was able to provide power to my modem and computer for me to be able to work while they completed the job. Both Scott and his son wore masks the entire time they were in my home. The are kind, courteous and left the job area cleaner than how they found it. And, their rates are competitive and reasonable. I would hire them again in a minute!
