Horrible experience! I hired John to install a fanimation ceiling fan, which has a complex electrical wiring requirement. I challenged him on the job when he arrived, and offered to hire a qualified electrician if he thought it too difficult. Needless to say, he misswired the remote control unit and fried it. He stated he would order a new one, and talk to the store about the wiring, needless to say, he lied and would not return my calls, texts or complete the job. I went to the store myself, and the manager got me a free remote unit replacement, and eventually hired Jeffrey Hopwood with Livewire Electrical Solutions, 228-596-5663, and he did a great job! Bottom line, do not hire Handyman Service Pro for your ceiling fan installation, he is not trustworthy.

He was friendly and quick. The work is very clean and well done.

John was very professional and he did excellent work replacing my kitchen sink. Old sink was 25 years old and custom made. I had pulled out the old sink and cleans all the old sealant but John had to cut out the existing hole to make the new sink fit! His workmanship is excellent.

He never show when he says he will. always late and poor communication.

So appreciate that they were on time and stayed to complete entire job. Best costumer service ever!!. Only reason gave less than 5 stars is would like better receipt that showed the deposit I paid and where it is applied towards total and what was parts vs labor for my records. But super response time and getting what i needed done!

I made contact with John by phone. He came installed my oven hood exhaust fan. He installed in a timely manner. Im highly satisfied with his work. I will be letting John do my next home project. He is knowlegeable with housing repair issues . And his work is professional.

He didn't hook the range hood up properly and would not come back to fix it.

John came within an hour of my call. When he couldn t figure out the problem, he called the manufacturer and between them they determined the water heater was beyond help. He called around and found a replacement, picked it up, and installed it. He made sure I had hot water before he left and he cleaned up the mess and hauled the old heater off. I will use his services again, if required. Good job.

Johnny is a nice guy who worked diligently and was an adaptive problem solver. The rust and wear on a 50-year-old bathroom sink offered a couple of substantial challenges, which he overcame! I recommend!

He provided the service the same day & I had him give me an estimate on another job and he is starting this week. Very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in a manner I understood. Update: Second project vinyl looks good, everything else discouraged that things are not going to be completed correctly

John was extremely easygoing and fixed our problem without any issues. One of the best things I can say is, he actually answered the phone when I called. I was beginning to think I wasn't ever going to find anyone reputable. But, there he was. I recommend him for any job you have.
