"Clark, I am absolutely sorry for the misunderstanding. Just to be transparent the $100 was for the diagnosis of your problem. I showed up timely and diagnosed your issue. With the current COVID-19 pandemic and your oven being 20+ years old the part I ordered is on backorder and will take several weeks to arrive. I completely understand your frustration and I am willing to work with you to resolve your issue. I am also willing to refund you $100 for the services we have provided. If you are willing to work with me I am willing to help resolve this issue."
