This pro represented himself as a person who could repair refrigerators. He replaced a defrost switch that did not resolve the problem. After charging me 200.00 he admitted he didn't work on refrigerators and wasn't licensed to repair them I hired another repairman that knew how to fix my problem which turned out to be the door was not closing all the way.

John was very professional and courteous. He was on time. After he left I noticed a problem and called him the next day and his response was that he guarantees his work and will Come by and take a look, he found the issue and repaired it and no additional charge.
