Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
Very knowledgeable about many aspects of home maintenance and repair. Dedicated to satisfying customer. Doesn't rush through a job, but it di take longer than originally planned. Cancelled some appointments because of being stuck at another job. But at least he called to let us know. Went out of his way to acquire requested parts and hardware. Good turnkey operation. Nothing for us to do to finish job.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The project was done well. Mr. Zepeda was on-time. Before starting the job, he checked the pieces (knobs, pulls, screws) and realized that the screws were short for the drawers. He went to Home Depot right then and there and bought the required pieces. The job was estimated to be 2 hours - he went a little past that but was very generous. He didn't charge me the service charge fee and kept the per hour fee to within the time he originally estimated. Overall he was very helpful and gave me some good general advice.
