Michael was professional, efficient, and provided expert services on a variety of household needs. He was polite and affordable. We would call on him again.

Mike did a fabulous job installing a door and quarter round in our home office. I was having trouble finding the right size door for them room and he was able to find one that would work. He even picked it up for us since we didn't have q vehicle that would work. I would and plan to hire him again.

I first hired Michael in 2017 for 3 projects. His work was excellent and his price was fair. I recently hired him in 2019 for 3 small projects at the same time: small drywall repair, hang a ceiling fan without any electrical changes, and install gutter guards. I assumed his pricing would be the same and did not make any further inquiries. That was my mistake. The price for his time was reasonable at $70/hr. However, he brought along an assistant for which he charged $55/hr bringing his total hourly rate to $125. There was one point at which both of them went for supplies for which I was paying $125/hr. I also noticed that the quality of his work declined from excellent in 2017 (5* rating) to a 3* rating in 2019. I am currently planning additional repairs/renovations for which I have told him that I will NOT be contacting him.

Michael called the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He replaced the dryer lint venting assembly, repaired an outside faucet, cleaned the gutters and cleaned a skylight. A pleasant and professional young man. His work was very reasonably priced.
