He was a little fluid on the time but he called when he was late and it was an out side project so he came and when with out my help

I'm so glad I found Miguel here on Home Advisor. I will continue to work with him on a myriad of projects. My landlord required I have a security bracket installed externally on my Air Conditioner even though the window installation itself had been professionally done. I found Miguel here on H.A. He and his assistant un-installed my air conditioner, put on the exterior security bracket, then re-installed my air conditioner. It took longer to un-install the A/C than it did to put on the bracket because the original job had been done so well. Miguel didn't take advantage by charging me extra for the longer time investment. I'm impressed with his professional skills and his kind and supportive character. There's nothing like meeting a contractor that you can trust! You should hire Miguel! Whatever you need done you'll find it's done perfectly for a very fair price.
