"THE OWNER WANTED A STORM DOOR INSTALLED. I FOUND A VERY HIGH END QUALITY LARSON STORM DOOR ON SALE AT LOWE'S HE SAVED $150 - $200 ON THE SALE PURCHASE. WE ALSO INSTALLE A DECK AND HE WAS VERY HAPPY WITH BOTH. HE CALLS ABOUT A MONTH LATER AND WANTS A LARGER STORM DOOR INSTALLED RATHER THE ONE THAT WAS ON SALE HE PAID FOR. THE DOOR HE WANTS IS LARGER AND $250 MORE. I OFFERED TO INSTALL THE DOOR FOR FREE, BUT I AM NOT GOING TO UPGRADE TO A LARGER DOOR AT MY EXPENSE. I ASKED THE OWNER TO PAY FOR THE UPGRADE, LARGER DOOR AND HE REFUSES. MY OFFER IS TO INSTALL THE LARGER DOOR AT NO CHARGE FOR LABOR. HE MUST PAY FOR THE LARGER DOOR. WE HAVE MADE OFFERS TO DO THE FREE INSTALLATION OF THE LARGER DOOR, BUT HE REFUSES TO PAY FOR A LARGER DOOR. I WISH HE WOULD PAY THE DIFFERENCE ON THE SALE DOOR TO UPGRADE TO A LARGER DOOR. WE WOULD INSTALL THE LARGER DOOR AT NO COST TO HIM TOMORROW. WE WOULD ALSO FIND A BUYER FOR THE DOOR THAT WAS BOUGHT ON SALE FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER. HE WOULD GET THE MONEY FROM THE SALE DOOR AND HAVE A LARGER DOOR. HOPEFULLY THAT HAPPENS. HE WAS OFFERED EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED. HE REFUSED AGAIN. WE INSTALL AND REPAIR MANY STORM DOORS. "FRANK J, HE WAS TOLD WE COULD NOT DO THE HIGH JOB. THE JOB WOULD HAVE HAD TO HAVE A FORTY FOOT.LADDER. THE OWNER WAS TOLD THAT WE DID NOT DO WORK THAT HIGH.. I CALLED AFTER WE DID OUR WORK AND ASKED IF HE GOT THE HIGH WORK DONE? HE SAID. YES. NEVER COMPLAINED WHEN ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS DONE WE AGREED TO DO. THANKS, FOR LISTENING."
"YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PAST WE ONLY DO EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER CALLED AND WE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. YOU CAN NOT SEE UNDER THE GROUND WITH FENCE POSTS. YOU NEED TO DIG DOWN TO SEE IF THERE LARGE AMOUNTS OF CONCRETE ALL AROUND THE POST FOR STABILITY. WE THEN GAVE THE CUSTOMER THE COST. POSTS WERE REMOVED AND NEW POSTS INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY. IT HAD RAINED AFTER THE POSTS WERE INSTALLED. WE CAN NOT WORK IN THE RAIN. WHEN WEATHER WAS BACK TO NORMAL THE OWNER CALLED AND SAID HE HAD DONE THE WORK.
