Everything was perfect, it is a good thing that Handyman called me back and gave me his pricing for everything labor and part. Good timing, great quality, and great price. Job well done. Thanks Xaykham

Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
$100
Art offered a reasonable rate for the number of hours he spent on our project; however, we noticed a flaw with the carpet repair after he left. He agreed to come fix his mistake but then ignored our subsequent calls when we tried to schedule an appointment. I would not recommend Handyman Unlimited.

Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
I am writing to inform you that the owner, Art Rogers, was the individual who was to repair my carpet. Not only did he not repair my carpet but he cut up another part of it and left the mess for me to pick up, along with some of his tools. I have called him repeatedly and spoke with his receptionist, his wife, to have him return my phone calls and it has now been 3 days with no response.

Chain Link Fence Repair or Alter
Yes, I recommend this pro
$800
I hired Art to fix my chain link fence and add barbed wire to prevent coyotes from jumping over. He did a good job bracing the fence and lengthening it to receive the barbed wire. My only complaint is that it took a lot longer than I was orignally told it would take to be completed (he hired out most of the work). Otherwise, I think the fence will do the job with the coyotes.

He's a good hard worker and I had no problems with him. Actually hired him again to service my air conditioning units.
