I would not recommend Roger McCoy to anyone I know. In fact, our neighbors were going to get an estimate and we advised them against it. His attitude and communication were unprofessional. Roger said it would be about "a 2 day job." It took 2 WEEKS!! They broke one of our flagstone's and didn't even bother to tell us. We asked them 5x's to seal the steps and they kept asking us if we wanted it done. We also asked for an itemized bill multiple times, while they were asking for the rest of the balance before completing the work. Bottom line, keep looking, you can find someone more professional

1980 brick home that had never had repairs done. Split out the job and made recommendations for priorities since all together, it's a serious chunk of change. Thoughtful, master expertise, friendly, clean....would hire again in a heartbeat!

Within 1 hour of my call to Home Advisors Handyman Unlimited was at my door! They completed the masonry work, and got a plumber and electrician in that day to do additional work! Their work allowed us to come to a successful resolution on our inspection!

Jeff is awesome - provided a timely visit and quote at my convenience (Sunday afternoon), quickly calculated price and best approach to fit a door frame to an uneven wall, and installed with professional fit and finish. I would highly recommend Jeff for handy services, and will contact him again when another random job pops us.

Our experience with Handyman Unlimited was great! We had our bathroom prepped to be tiled, which included fixing an unruly subfloor and dealing with some difficult angles. The work was top-notch, and Rusty was extremely professional. We would hire Handyman Unlimited again for any job we couldn't tackle ourselves.

They built a pergola in our backyard and we love it! We highly recommend them to anyone.

The work (fixing/partially rebuilding and painting a broken set of porch steps) was done well and promptly. And the price, while not cheap, seemed reasonable.

Very trustworthy, and efficient

It was hard to get ahold of them and set up an appointment, but they did amazing work. I really feel like they wanted to do the job right and have the best finished product. I think the repair and tuckpointing done looks great and I plan to use them again on my next project. Roger seems honest and open to discuss the price and scope of every project with me. I really felt like he was being upfront with me.

The communication was lacking a little and he was not the best at returning phone calls. They called the day of to let us know they were coming out to do the job. But they did a great job and I would use them again.
