Two strong men, willing to work in the sun. They installed a roll-out awning for us. However, in leaving they accidentally took some minor items with the clean-up (I should have checked). There was NOTHING STOLEN.

"I just got off the phone with this lady who was very rude and hung up on me... what was taken was the instructions on how to assemble and erect the awning. They were thrown away with the rest of the trash. I called them because after reading the review I wanted to know what was taken, as my helper who I've known for over 35yrs, and I would never take anything from anyone let alone a client."

James called immediately when I went to home advisor to see if he could be of service. He gave me price over the phone to install an attic ladder and we set an appointment. He and his helper Dennis showed up at the agreed time. They we very knowledgeable about the project. Did a super job, Avery efficient and neat. Extremely pleased with the project and cost. Have set an appointment for another project.

James had knowledge of all of the areas of work for our project and charged a reasonable fee. He worked very hard at finishing the project even though it took longer than he thought it would, and it was during one of the hottest days of the year. We would definitely hire him again for several upcoming projects.

"THANK YOU PAM! 2 GUYS 3 DAYS=$500 BUT YOU ARE RIGHT THE AMOUNT OF WORK WAS LITTLE BUT HAVING TO WORK AT YOUR PACE AS YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING [ ALL OF WHICH WAS COVERED IN RAT FECES AND URINE]IN THE 3 SHEDS I DEMO'ED AND HAULED AWAY BEFORE WE PUT WHAT WAS SALVAGEABLE IN IN THE GREENHOUSE I ASSEMBLED. NOT A LOT OF WORK , JUST TIME CONSUMING. I THOUGHT $500 WAS MORE THAN FAIR"
