"Hi George, I'm sorry you found the work too expensive for you but we did discuss price and scope of work beforehand and also did all the extra work you requested at no charge. We also purchased all the paint as yours was dried up so that did add to the cost. All our work was reviewed with you for approval and you were very happy so we don't know what changed.
