Rob and Lian (his wife) are a fantastic team. Lian does most of the behind the scene work while Rob does the physical construction work. He is very skilled, versatile, and knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He is strong, agile, and well coordinated. He addresses all issues, works very hard, is meticulous and communicates well with his client. His work is very reasonably priced compared to others. Per need, I would use him over and over.

Showed up 1.5 hours late but did the job. He gave us a reduced rate. Nice guy.
