Knowledgeable, professional, and prepared to do the work. Respectful of my property, i.e., shoe covers, floor covering, mask, etc. A totally satisfied homeowner who will be calling on him for help on future projects. Not sure why 4.5 is as high as I can rate value. He was 5.0 in my opinion!

He did a good job. I don't know what the hourly rate is for a handyman but I thought charging me $75 to install a pet door in my patio screen door was a little on the high side.
