"I am sorry you were not happy with your fence. The fence panels were the ones you agreed to on the estimate. We did replace the boards you were concerned about at no charge to you. We had to place your fence in three different locations because you were unsure of the location which did cost me 6 days in labor at no charge to you. I really hope you learn to like your privacy fence, especially since cost was a concern and we made adjustments to fit your needs. Again I am sorry you are not happy. We did everything in our power to make you happy. Have a great day."
