Hired to fix front door n 2 room doors.1 hinges needed to be replaced n put on and the other door frame n hinges needed to be replaced and door knob in bathroom needed to be replaced or fixed. He fixed 1 room door hinges n brought bathroom door with no lock. Had to tell him 2 replace bc the bathroom door needs a lock. I had a spare i gave him so he replaced it. My room door he realized he could not fix bc frame was broke which i knew all along. He said it would cost n extra 2-300 for him to fix n i said no way i'm good. (that did not sound right at all) He then moved to front door i asked if he could paint professionally and he said yes so i let him paint first and was supposed to replace panels n fix the original door issue n seals. He painted the door n replaced the lock and said he would come back the next day to finish replacing panels because he had to pick up kid from school n he also had to get another panel. He came the next day pressure washed outside sides of door,painted one coat,added panels n left. I wrk from home so when i came out my room on break i saw the panels outside on the grass,paint was dripping outside the sides of door, and also white paint was all at the bottom of the black door seal it just looked messed up. I then noticed inside the left and right panels were not the same and now bulging out on 1 side which was not that way before. I asked my husband where is he n he said outside. We didnt even know he left. I texted him n ask if he was done because i was not happy with the work n the panels are outside on grass n he replied he was coming back to put another coat of paint tomorrow. I told him the issues i had n he did not reply to it at all. Come the next day he did not show up or answer any calls or text. Now I still have a broken Front door,one coat of paint, paint all at bottom of door seal, and the wrong panel on one side of door. My thing is I have no problem paying to get what I need done right and i explained that to him. I NEED IT DONE RIGHT. If you can't do it say that. Don't make it worse and i have to hire someone to fix your issues. My husband said later he said something about the door not being leveled. Ok so fix it thats what i hired him for to either replace or repair the door. When he came in the house look at the things that needed to be done he should have said the door is not leveled and i can do this,that and the other or I can't. Instead he said yeah I can fix it and it's still not fixed and ima have to make someone do it all over the right way which is more money. I would not recommend him to anyone at all. Im so upset.
