HandyMo put new stair trends and railings on my outside staircase. It looked nice but a year later it was clear that the work was not done with quality. Several of the trends are bowing up, the wood screws were inconsistently used and I now have to hire someone else to repair the problems. I tried contacting them via text and phone but they will not reply to correct their mistakes or refund me. I cannot recommend their services.

I have sent them emails and messages and they do not answer my calls, and they do not give me any answer.

I hired Mohammad to tear the old deck down and build a new deck, everything that he did was built wrong, the stairs are not supported very well, the stair railing spindles are not in alignment, the post were not put in properly, the post are not sitting on caissons, the handrail is loose in areas, there are warped boards in areas,
