Don't hire this guy. He wants more money than agree to. His name is Fred. He just started this job and has no experience. He works very slow and takes breaks with his cell phone every minute. Phone addict. Not professional. He shows up late and leaves whenever he feels like it without notice. I can see why he doesn't have a job. I would give him zero stars if I could. Not good work ethic.
