This was a very challenging job requiring ANS Property Services to return two times to resolve old plumbing issues that resulted when new sinks were installed but they were very prompt and courteous in spite of the difficulties encountered. I would definitely reciommend them to anyone needing handyman services.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job with our bathroom and dealt with changing conditions extremely quickly and efficiently. The project scope changed midway through due to the discovery of additional issues with the old bathroom set up and Nick was more than fair in reacting and keeping my wife and I informed as to progress and changes. The whole crew was courteous and friendly and even cleaned up the entire work area every day. We will certainly be using Handyworks again for future projects.

The work was done very quickly. I was upset that the cleanup was not what I expected. There was saw dust on my furniture that was being stored in the garage, nails and broken pieces of wood on the floor, and saw dust on the stove and counter in the kitchen.

Nick at Handyworks was a delight to work with. We hired him to fix a deck that a previous contractor had started but never finished and had collapsed. Nick was wonderful about explaining to us what would need to be done in order to repair the deck and have it be safe. He was able to reuse most of the materials from the faulty deck to complete our new deck. Nick told us that he would have the job done in 2 weeks and that it would be up to code and safe. He did the work while we were out of town and sent us emails with pictures of the progress as well as calling us to let us know how everything was going. We were so pleased with his work.

We could not be more pleased with the very prompt, courteous and knowledgable service we received from Nick. Not only did he replace our sliding door; we also hired him to do a variety of other jobs (painting, bath, carpentry and finish work) that enabled us to get our condo. up to date and ready to rent in a timely fashion. We found Nick to be very honest, dependable and extremely helpful in prioritiziig our project. We were very impressed with the pride and care he takes in his work. Handyworks was hired to paint my kitchen. I went with an Insulation specialist to do my blown-In Insulation. I would rate Handyworks (Nick) better than Very Good. I would have rated Handyworks as Excellant!. This being an older home, Nick's experience was invaluable for providing suggestions and alternatives to solutions. I will definately hire him back for additional work.
