Though I had some problems, after install, through no fault of them, they promptly can out (3x) and made the necessary adjustments at no cost to me. They were kind, understanding and professional and did the service with a ready smile.

Overall, a good experience. A bit rigid on scheduling. When a schedule issue came up several days prior to installation, a $250 charge was going to be assessed to reschedule. Yes it was in the contract... but really put me in a bind ?. Gives the perception of a company that values profits over people.

Very happy with everything from the estimate through the installation. During the estimate I felt that all the options were explained to me and any questions that I had were answered completely. Mike was a great representative of the company. During installation James also proved to be a great representative. He explained everything that he was going to do and when he saw a possible roadblock he showed me and then suggested a workaround that was acceptable to me. The door works great and I would recommend this company to anyone.
