Awful experience with Michael. Michael did a terrible job on installing our oven door glass- this was the actual comment from the GE repair man with 39 years of experience who came out today to correct Michaels work. Michael installed the new glass with styrofoam stuck in the glass that he failed to clean and he also left exposed door insulation. He charged us $140 and ignored us after we voiced our unhappiness to him. His work is careless and in our experience he is dishonest.

The water pump on our GE dishwasher failed after just two years. Disappointing. Frank's service came out in a reasonable amount of time, figured out the problem, ordered the part, then came back and fixed it. Neat work. I would hire them again and recommend them for similar work.

Replaced shock absorbers in washing machine. Was very reasonable cost and so I didn't have to buy a new one, saving me money.
