John and his crew performed an excellent window installation on our house. They were curtious and polite.

John and his team did a fabulous job. They completed it i day. They look beautiful and I would recommend anyone to use them Thank you all for a job well done.

I bought $14,00 worth of windows and the installation men were good. The biggest problem is the owner and his sons. I went ahead and bought a garden shed from them (another $8,000). That is when the problem started, since I am an above knee amputation person, I wanted certain items with my shed. The biggest item was I needed a ramp, for my lawn mower. Kim the son knew I wanted a ramp but he refused to put it down on the paperwork. Every time I called either the office or their answering service there was no call back. Basically, Kim GHOSTED me. I could not get ahold of him. When I finally got a hold of him, he admitted that we talked about the ramp and he did not put it on the paperwork. Kim basically blew me off. He did not care no more because he is getting paid from Graceland for me buying the shed. I contacted Graceland who builds the shed (888-472-2304). They told me that they they had to build the ramp with the shed, because they had to change the threshold to have the ramp put there. So basically Hanke Bros only likes to have the money and do not care about their customers. I am spitting nails because they wont 1) call me back-I have issues 2) Kim knew he screwed up, he will not fix it or help me to get the ramp I needed. Even if he tells me I had to pay the extra $300 for the ramp. 3) I still do not have the shed that was supposed to be delivered on 8/29/2023, still refuses to contact me Overall, I am so disappointed in myself that I should have not trusted them like I did. Now, when the shed is delivered I have to pay another $1500-$2000 for having a ramp built, by another contractor. Be careful when dealing with Hanke bros. Rest assure I am going to tell how poorly Hanke Bros. Treated me.

All I can say is wow! Hanke Brothers put new windows and gutters on my house and they couldnâ t have turned out better! The team was so friendly and efficient and made the whole experience positive! They even cleaned all of the windows (19 of them) when they were done! The K-Guard gutters are great too. I have a lot of trees on the property and so far there has been zero clogging! I absolutely recommend Hanke Brothers to anyone needing to spruce up their house!

Hanke Brothers I could not say enough good things about them. He is a fine Christian man but he puts his work before himself. He is not just chasing a dollar. He was so good at working with me and finding a craftsman that can do the work. My home is finally the way I always wanted it to be!
