Roger was very helpful and gave me a few options for what to do about my deteriorating roof. I ended up opting for a metal roof since it was only about 20% more expensive and should last well beyond my lifetime. Roof looks great and was done at a fair price. Would recommend to others.

Roger was very accessible and responsive throughout the whole process. We did not just get a new roof we also had additional insulation put in the attic, a new attic fan installed, and baffles installed between the roof joists to vent the attic better. Roger explained the whole process. He provided a reasonable quote for all the work, stuck by his quote and completed the work on-time. One can't ask for more than that. I would highly recommend this contractor.

We are happy with the roof work that was done to our house. Roger was very nice and helpful. There did seem to be a question of a little lack of communication between everyone though. We did not always know what was happening and when. We would refer Homescapes to others though, very good to do business with. This company will more than likely be doing our siding also.

Very thorough, efficient, professional. Roger Hankins got the job because he took the time to work with me to come up with an attic ventilation solution... Something none of the other contractors did. I felt I was dealing with people of good character. Returned promptly to fix a problem. Pricey; but maybe it's true that you get what you pay for. The roof looks great and I'm counting on it to last a long time.

I checked out a few contractors. Homescapes was not the least expensive, however, I found Roger Hankins professionalism and straight to the point attitude and knowledge extremely refreshing. His crew were very courteous. They knew their respective jobs, and did not stand around loitering. Left their work area clean and organized.
