Very slow and very messy. Does not keep good records or is dishonest.

"I apologize you feel you had a poor experience. The electrician repaired your issue that you called us for. He did not have 2 particular items needed with him as it is almost impossible to carry every single item to fix every job he may encounter. He did have to run out to get those items. I am not sure how this made him unprofessional but again, i truly apologize. You were given a discount off the regular price we charge for this type of work. We strive to take the best care possible of each of our customers. I'm sorry we missed the mark with you. The electrician was very professional and polite. He explain all facets of the work to be done. He repaired all work he had to take apart. He knew how to explain his procedure without making a lay person seem stupid. Overall a excellent experience.

It took two tries before the electrician installed my lights correctly. He also used my bathroom, did not take off his shoes and tracked mud into my house. Their prices seemed very steep as well. I paid $550 to have two exterior lights installed.

The Electrician that showed up to the house was available earlier than the appointment, which was nice and helpful. He was very professional and thorough and took the time to explain what was going on. The fix was quick and fairly painless (other than the bill...lol). I especially appreciated the advice given afterwords in order to promote safety. I will definitely be hiring this company for future projects.
