An easy for this master electrician. Hannay Electric was recommended by Trust Vets, and I am so thankful for the introduction to William Hannay. The first project he saved me on was not a huge money maker for him, but he still treated it like the most important thing he had to do that day. Every time he entered the home, he left it better than it was before he got there. Even when he came for the estimate and did not do any work, he still saw it was garbage day and brought the cans down to the curb without saying a word- (But we saw!) Every detail was covered, every recommendation he made clearly came from years of experience as he spoke so naturally of his reasons behind every detail. He is incredibly knowledgable when it comes to doing everything the right way the first time. William and his team were always punctual, very respectful, tasteful, and experienced, and are the exact people you would want on your most important project. I would easily rate William Hannay as a 5-Star Master Electrician, and that Hannay Electric is definitely the 5-Star Electric Company of Elk River, Minnesota. 5-Stars and they deserve every single one.

Bill was experienced and willing to do a job we had attempted and messed up. He fixed our problems and was polite and helpful. The BIGGEST thing was he came when he said he would. That is a big deal when you are doing a remodel. We have had many who have not so SOMEONE who shows up and when they say they will is SO SO appreciated.

Bill and Joe were on time, polite, cleaned up behind themselves and did a great job of installing our new double oven. I'd hire them again in a minute.
