We were a little disappointed in the lack of completion of the job concerning the lack of safe step strips on the front porch steps, he had told us that he would be back the next morning to put the non-slip surface down on the steps and then never showed up

Do to Washington weather it took a few weeks to coordinate the repair of my roof. Jonathan was friendly and knowledgeable although he sometimes did not respond to my emails. The work was fast, polite and effective � all and all I am pleased with my roof, their service and service magic�s suggestion of them. My biggest complaint was the billing I was initially informed that I could pay with a credit card for the services but after calling the office I was informed that they are not set up to accept credit cards. This could be a pain point for some individuals as they may have to cough up the entire amount out of their checking account when the work is done. I recommend this company to others out there � but please understand this appears to be a family owned business and with that comes the pros and cons of doing business with a small family owned business.
