PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER - demanded payment without 50% of job completed and the part completed needs to be redone by a professional. SMALL CLAIMS COURT claim has been submitted and will follow by Civil Court Claim for damages UNRELATED TO THE 10 door and moldings removal and 10 new doors installation project. Arriving at 11am and leaving at 4pm. Complaint filed with Builders League of South Jersey AND the Better Business Bureau. Scammer moved from Central New Hersey to Southern New Jersey. Very Bad Reviews on other sites for bad work and ghosting clients. SUGGESTION: Hire a Mexican Immigrant.

Been trying to contact Dan for 2 years to fix some issues. from his work. Two years and a lot of money. Completely ghosted by him.

My wife and I recently purchased a condo in Wildwood Crest that needed a pretty good overhaul. We received a recommendation for Hansen Construction/Dan Hansen from a Facebook Group we are in. We couldnâ t be happier with our experience. From the first meeting, communication throughout, work ethic and overall quality of work, we couldnâ t have found someone better. We kept adding to our list and Dan kept saying yes and getting everything done in a timely fashion. It turned out exactly as we wanted and was finished much sooner than we thought it would be. If anyone needs a contractor, make sure you give Dan a call. You will be very happy with the job he will do for you!!

Dan was a true professional from start to finish. Handled the permits, clean the site everyday kept us up to date every step of the way. Handled getting the fiberglass recoat and finish work. He was a third of what some estimates came back. Highly recommend Dan and his crew.

We have tried contacting them for two months to help resolve some issues with their work, but they do not respond. Perhaps they have gone out of business. Dan is a good guy and perhaps I should have made it more about a business relationship than a friendly relationship. Hopefully, the business has survived and everyone is okay.

Dan was great - truly professional. He came in a did the job to fix two leaking skylights. He explained everything thoroughly. Honest and reliable I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for other projects.
