Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Quoted price for all repairs, did part of work than wanted additional money to complete. Took all old parts after being informed to leave all old parts. The invoice had no date of service, no mailing address, and no signature of the performing tech. Charged full quote price for work when only half was performed. Checked for service after noting old parts were not left and being charged the full amount, was put on stop payment. I called immediately and got an answering machine, left two messages that were never returned. Work was performed on 10/22/2020, never heard from the company until 11/09/2020. I informed them when old material was returned I would pay them for the work performed not full price as quoted. I was also charged for a GFCI at the price of $35.00, a large overcharge. The GFCI was not bad and never needed to be replaced. My opinion is the Company is untrustworthy.
