Excellent job! Phil was excellent and will hire him again!

We’re happy we hired Phil. He wrote an estimate on site as he inspected our concrete stairs. We were able to schedule the work with hardly any wait. Phil completed the work along with his crew, and they did a great job.

Hansen Services was the perfect concrete contractor. I say that given my background - family built homes and commercial buildings for 50+ year in the St Cloud area (1945 - 1995). As such I know correct concrete work. Phil from Hansen was responsive, offered work at a very fair price, did what he said he'd do, came when he said he'd come, completed work in 2 days (2 sets of steps, 35' of side walk, two slabs with contoured elevations for proper drainage), took no money in advance, took a full payment check after, did beautiful concrete finishing, cleaned up really beyond what might be expected, did more than expected in terms of a few extra bits that needed to be done after concrete was laid, backfilled nicely, didn't leave concrete pile from cleaning concrete truck/shoot, concrete was proper thickness, sidewalk joints were correctly done, and no splatter on home siding (stucco so tough to get off). On a personal level, Phil was excellent to work with. Interactions with Phil were to the point, upbeat and real! BTW, I'd never met Phil or had Hansen Services do work for me prior. I have further work to do and will absolutely rehire him as my first and only go to concrete contractor. Overall rating - exceptional and far exceeded expectations.

The owner was very professional. They did exactly what they said and even fixed my fence so it would open. The entire crew was courteous and they cleaned up when they finished. I would highly recommend them. Bonus points for calling me back. Great job!
