Hansen's Window Coverings

I was a paying Hansen?s customer who returned in 2025 for two custom drapery projects. The experience was marked by repeated errors, including incorrect measurements, ring counts, hardware selections, finishes, and hardware colors. I repeatedly had to verify specifications directly with the manufacturer because I no longer trusted the information I was receiving. Management later offered a 10% discount, yet revised estimates increased by nearly the same amount. I also provided manufacturer documentation supporting my position regarding an approximately $800 finish surcharge, but Hansen?s refused to honor it. After months of correcting mistakes and trying to move the project forward, I ultimately walked away. I cannot recommend Hansen?s for custom projects where accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail are important.
